Lasso an area around the door and Copy (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) it

First lasso closely around the edges of the body. This acts like a mask!
Vtuning ->> Stergere manere usi Handlesmooth2[2] Click on the Move Tool (V) and then drag the new layer over the
door handle.

Then click on the "Smudge" tool (R). And gently rub out the line. The
picture to the left shows how it turns out.

If the new layer does blend in, use the
eraser tool (E) and gently erase the
edges of the new layer. 		Vtuning ->> Stergere manere usi Swagesmooth3[3]
To further improve the realism of the newly smudged swage line I normally
grab the line tool (U) and blend lines on.
